These forms are used by attorneys and law firms. Includes real estate contracts, wills, premarital agreements, bankruptcy, divorce, landlord tenant, and many others.

(Also, great as a makeshift yellow/white pages and perfect for organizations looking to “connect” with their community).

In-House Services: Photocopies; Printouts; Fax; State and Federal Tax Forms; Computer Access with the Latest Software; Free Wi-Fi; free tutoring; Museum and Park Passes; The Latest books as well as Classics; Movies and Programs for All Ages.  

The Historical & Genealogical collections are housed on the second floor of the Rathbun Library and are accessible by registration during the hours the Library is open to the public.  Photocopying is allowed for certain materials, depending upon their condition.  If you would like information sent to you, please call, fax or email (nprice@rathbun.lioninc.org) the Library with your request. Depending upon how much information is needed, there may be a fee attached to this service, including postage and handling.
