Events and programs for adult library patrons
Are you an adult that enjoys young adult and new adult books? Then this is the book club for you! Each month we will read a different YA or new adult book and discuss what we’ve read at our meeting on the fourth Friday of every month. Join us for a discussion about our first book, A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas, on Friday, September 22 from 6:00 – 7:00pm
Join us for the non-fiction book club on Thursday, October5th at 2:00 pm. We will be discussing A Fever in the Heartland by Timothy Egan.
The 3rd Annual Half Pint Hamlet Halloween Celebration is coming!
Saturday, October 21st, 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm at the Rathbun Library
Help us fill our Fairy Garden by creating your own Fairy House to displayed at our annual celebration.
Individuals, families, businesses and organizations are invited to join the fun. Entries can be as simple or elaborate as you choose. Drop off dates for your Fairy Houses are Thursday, 10/19, 12:00 to 7:00 pm, Friday, 10/20, 12:00-4:00 pm and Saturday, 10/21, 9:00-12:00.
