Alzheimer’s and Dementia: You Are Not Alone! Part Two

The second in a Four Part Series of Programs Discussing Alzheimer’s/Dementia, presented by Kristopher Sortwell, MSW, CBIS and co-sponsored by The East Haddam Library System & The East Haddam Historical Society & Museum, will take place Sunday, March 26 from 2:00 – 3:00pm.

In this program,  we will discuss effective communication strategies and understanding and responding to Alzheimer’s and Dementia related behaviors.

All programs will be held at the East Haddam Historical Museum 264 Town Street, East Haddam, CT 06469

Tiny Art Adult Craft Night

Come and make some tiny art with us!

On Wednesday , March 15th at 6:00 we will be meeting at the Rathbun Library and creating some tiny art together for our 2nd Annual Tiny Art Show on April 1st.

We will be providing many different materials for you to use in your creations. Paints, colored pencils, sea glass, pebbles, glitter, yarn and so much more! We will have some ideas displayed to help inspire your creation. It will be a fun night as we encourage the artist in each other. This program is for adults and older teens.
